  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all design details, sizes, colours, and quantities are correct at the time of order.
  • Once production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment is required before production begins.

By uploading or submitting any artwork, you confirm that you have the rights or permission to use the design.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any orders that infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or are deemed offensive or inappropriate.
  • All custom designs remain your property; however, we may use completed patch images for marketing unless you request otherwise.

7. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any indirect loss, loss of business, or profits arising from the use of our products.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
