We’re currently hiring for the following roles:

1. Embroidery Digitizer

Location: 89A Whinney Hill, Durham DH1 3BQ – Onsite
Type: Full-time / Part-time
Experience Required: 1+ year (Wilcom or similar software preferred)

Role Summary:
You’ll be responsible for converting customer artwork into clean, production-ready embroidery files. Attention to stitch efficiency, thread paths, and design accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Digitise custom designs with optimal stitch settings
  • Adjust and fine-tune based on fabric type and patch size
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure top-quality output

Skills:

  • Proficient with embroidery digitising software (e.g. Wilcom, Pulse)
  • Strong eye for detail and stitch density
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

2. Machine Embroidery Operator

Location: 89A Whinney Hill, Durham DH1 3BQ – Onsite
Type: Full-time
Experience Required: 1+ year working with industrial embroidery machines

Role Summary:
Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce high-quality patches based on approved designs and thread charts.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and run multi-head embroidery machines
  • Thread management and hooping accuracy
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Perform quality checks on each run

Skills:

  • Familiarity with Tajima, Barudan, or similar machines
  • Ability to read digitized files and thread charts
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

3. Sewing Technician

Location: 89A Whinney Hill, Durham DH1 3BQ – Onsite
Type: Full-time / Part-time
Experience Required: Basic to advanced sewing and finishing skills

Role Summary:
Responsible for finishing and assembling patches, cutting, backing, edge-sealing, and preparing products for shipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manual sewing and finishing tasks
  • Apply iron-on, Velcro, or sew-on backings
  • Ensure consistent size, shape, and stitching on final patches
  • Assist in packaging and quality control

Skills:

  • Manual dexterity and precision
  • Ability to use sewing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Experience with textiles and patch finishing is a plus
